Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Propiqo service and website. By creating an account or using the service on behalf of an organisation, you agree to them for that organisation and confirm you are authorised to do so.

Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials, for the users you invite and the roles you give them, and for activity in your workspace. Enable two-factor authentication for staff accounts.
Plans, fees and billing
Fees are set out on the pricing page or in your order. Per-unit plans are charged on the number of units in your workspace, subject to the plan's monthly minimum. Yearly plans are billed in advance. Fees exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where applicable.
Payment provider fees for online rent collection are charged by the provider you connect and are not included in Propiqo fees.

Your data
You own the data you put into Propiqo. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data of your tenants, owners, vendors and staff, and for the accuracy of your records.
You can export your data through reports, Excel exports and the API while your account is active.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, send unsolicited messages in breach of messaging provider policies (including WhatsApp Business policies), infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, or access another customer's data.
Third-party services
Integrations such as payment gateways, WhatsApp and SMS providers, and property portals are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Regulatory responsibilities
Propiqo helps you track registrations such as Ejari and Ejar, VAT invoicing and deposits, but you remain responsible for meeting your legal, tax and regulatory obligations, including registrations and filings with the relevant authorities.
AI features
AI outputs (answers, extracted lease data, triage suggestions and drafted messages) may be inaccurate. Review them before relying on or sending them.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and secure, and provide support by email. [Service levels, if any, to be defined in the order.]
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. [Limitation of liability, indemnities and caps to be drafted by counsel.]
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or fail to pay. On termination you will have a period to export your data before it is deleted. [Period to be confirmed.]
Changes
We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes before they take effect.
